Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Policy – Missed or Cancelled Sessions At IQ Trigger Academy, we deeply understand that life can be unpredictable. Illness, travel, and last-minute changes can happen—and we truly empathize with that. However, to maintain the quality and consistency of our 1:1 sessions, we’ve outlined the following policy: All booked sessions are non-refundable. Once a time slot is confirmed, that time is exclusively reserved for your child. Missed or cancelled classes (for any reason, including personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts) will not be refunded or rescheduled. Our instructors dedicate their full attention and preparation for every session. As these are individualized coaching slots, we are unable to accommodate changes on short notice. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us maintain fairness and continue providing focused, high-quality instruction to every student.
